Ms. Smith is a native and lifelong resident of Greenville, SC where she maintains studios both at home and on Greenville's East Side.
   Demonstrating an exceptional atristic ability at an early age, Ms. Smith was privately tutored to further develop her talents.  In 1986 she began studying under the renowned New York artist Daniel E. Greene, N.A., whose guidance enhanced her technique.
